Al Madinah Cuisine

A Journey on the silk road from india

The historical Silk Road was an ancient network of trade routes connecting the East and West, facilitating the exchange of goods, cultures, and ideas. Along these routes, diverse spices from regions like India, Persia, and China converged, enriching culinary traditions and fostering a vibrant fusion of flavors across continents.

We are truly grateful for the opportunity to serve you today. At Al Madinah Cuisine, Marshfield (AMCM), we treat every guest as though they were our own family joining us at our home right here in the heart of Wisconsin.

Our menu features a tantalizing array of dishes, combining tradition with innovation. Drawing inspiration from the historical Silk Road that connected Northwestern China to Istanbul, and for centuries was used to trade silk, perfume, and SPICES. This resulted in an amalgamation of spices and flavors from Northern India, Peshawar, Kabul, and Persia, and we bring you many of those legendary spice blends hand-picked to complement every ingredient we use at AMCM. Our certified Wisconsin-raised halal and kosher meats, along with our passion to try and tell a story through our cuisine. We want every bite to take you on a memorable journey far away that will expand your taste buds and experiences forever.

We offer a diverse selection of North Indian Mughlai, Indian Kashmiri Wazwan, Afghani, and Hyderabadi delicacies, each meticulously prepared to bring you the authentic flavors of these rich culinary traditions. With our Kabuli Pulaav and Seekh Kebabs, we recreate the true essence of the Silk Road and bring alive its culinary heritage. We take you on an epicurean journey through the valleys of Kashmir, offering a tapestry of flavors and exquisite culinary craftsmanship. Then we take you from the fragrant biryanis to the decadent kormas that originated in the royal quarters of historical cities such as Delhi, Agra, Lucknow, and Hyderabad, the Mughlai and Hyderabadi cuisine invites you to a banquet fit for the majesty of the kings and the grandeur of the nizams.
